Dear Pam,

I know it has been a long time since my wife and I returned from our trip (almost 3 and a half months), but I have been wanting to write to you and thank you for all that you did.

We are so grateful for all you did. You got us reservations (miracles!) at Liberty Tree Tavern. Magnificient!

You got us reservations at the Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue. They placed us at the first table, center stage. Of course, it was our anniversary trip, but whatever you told them, they sure listened! They made us stand up and dance while everyone serenaded us with the song "Let me call you sweetheart." I actually danced there in front of everyone with my Ashley and sang to her. It meant so much to her, as a visit to the Hoop-Dee-Doo was a highlight of her trip as a child. Since it meant so much to her, it means everything to me. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for being an integral part of our most wonderful Christmas trip.

We were so thrilled to receive the bouquet of flowers in the Mickey mug from you. We still have the mug and treasure it as a gift from a most kind friend.

Finally, let me say bravo to Quicksilver Tours (our limo company that you set us up with) and also the company from which you set up the rental of the motorized scooter. Both companies were awesome. Our flight was delayed until almost 3 a.m. getting to Orlando (doggone American Airlines). It was supposed to get into Orlando at 11 p.m. We spoke to the Quicksilver folks and the driver was still able to meet us! What a gem!

Finally, I want to let you know that I tell EVERYONE to book through you. Many of them aren't sure about Disney travel, and don't listen to me, but I know several will be calling. Ashley and I will be trying to make another trip back with a large family group in October, 2008. We will be booking through you.

One other question, do you handle Disneyland Paris stuff also? We are looking to take a trip there eventually.

I can't thank you enough for the wonderful trip you helped me plan for taking my daughter and three grandchildren ages 8, 6 and 4 to Disneyland. Looking at all the sites for Disney had my head spinning, since I had not been there for 15 years and everything was so different and bigger. You put it all together for us with just a few phone calls. You are the best and I have told all my friends about you. I don't know of any other travel agent that would have been so helpful. It was my grandkids first airplane ride and first time at Disney. Well, it was the greatest vacation ever and one I'm sure they will never forget. Because of all your great hints, we got to do everything we wanted and did it twice. I could go on and on about our trip and all we were able to do, but just wanted to say thanks again for all your help. I could not have done it without you.

All went absolutely fantastic thanks to you. That whole place is simply amazing. We cancelled some of our PS's because we thought Boma was out of this world. Also went to the Coral Reef restaurant and the food there was amazing! We also did the Rain Forest Cafe and the boys thought that was the best lol! Fulton's I thought was not for us, a little pricey and too rich for our liking but still a nice restaurant. The boys loved the Pirate's Cruise and so did Lisa and myself, gave us a little break to do some shopping. The AKL hotel was gorgeous and where it was located was great, quiet and away from all the crowds. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The bus system I thought was great, not a problem at all and the weather was just perfect, mid 80's and no humidity, just the perfect vacation. If not for all your help it would been quite a bit more hectic. Everything you told us was right on the money and all the PS's helped more than I could possibly have imagined. We cancelled 1 one nite and had to wait 1-1/2 hrs for a seat at another place. Not a good scenario with hungry kiddies. You were a tremendous asset and I would definitely use your services again the next time we go. You helped us to have a much more relaxed vacation and made our first trip there a magical one indeed. If anyone ever mentions to me about planning a trip to Disney you can count on me to make sure I tell them about your services. Your professionalism and at the same time your enthusiasm for others puts you heads above an ordinary travel agent. You helped me to feel the excitement of Disney before we ever got there and made finally getting there a sheer pleasure. I would recommend you to anyone, first timers or people going for the 10th time, as a way to make your vacation a much smoother, relaxed, and enjoyable adventure. You take the complicated and make it simple, what more could a person ask for. You allowed us to enjoy what has to be at this point in our life's the trip of a lifetime and all I can say is thank you very, very much. From the bottom of our hearts please accept our thanks for making our trip to Disney a memory never to be forgotten. Thank you so much for your help in putting together our trip to WDW. We had a wonderful 8 days. The service was impeccable and the fun was never-ending.

People keep asking me what my favorite thing was about the whole trip. It was very hard to distinguish since all of the parks are great, and there are so many things that would qualify. But I’d have to say that the Wilderness Lodge really took our breath away above and beyond all else. We loved the beautiful walkways, the rustic lodge interior, and the ducks and other unique birds and animals to be found. We were in a room on the first floor just around the corner from the Roaring Fork, which made it very convenient for us to grab a quick bite. But also, the first floor means you have plush green grass just outside and a walkway to the pool. We found the ducks very appreciative of any late-night snack we could provide.

Another feature that is worth its weight in gold is the Magical Wishes feature. We took your advice, and used them for meals. Particularly dinner; we ate like royalty! I had steak and lobster several times. And got to try some deserts and other interesting things I never would have if we’d been paying cash. Like soft shell crab. I don’t mind telling you that Le Cellier was definitely our favorite restaurant; the wonderful atmosphere, the gracious wait staff, and fantastic food. We liked it so much we went twice, saving the best for the last night of our vacation.

We also used wishes for tubing, and a jet ski. We ended up in the water more than once and I lost a contact and gained a bruise on my rear. But I had never done either and it didn’t cost us one red cent. And we still had wishes left over!

At the end I found myself in the gift shop buying gifts for us and for friends. We came home with a beautiful pewter picture frame, two adorable time pieces featuring Mickey, Goofy and Pluto, and a one-of-a-kind art piece.

We felt very special throughout our entire stay. From the “southern hospitality” at the Whispering Canyon to the way the cast members handled our individual needs.

Your assistance and tips in putting the whole thing together made things very simple and helped us to do more while we were there. It was wonderful. Thanks for everything.
